Rachael L. Moore is a web designer and web developer born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. With over 10 years of freelance web design experience, Rachael's notable projects range from the design of Florida's Clean Water Network web site to award-winning graphic design in Tallahassee Community College's Eyrie Art and Literary Magazine.
