This version uses HTML5 tags and includes Google's breadcrumbs format with HTML5 microdata. The selectors should be somewhat more efficient as I have switched to the use of classes with minimum descendant selectors. I have not included in IE shiv fixes in this example, so this page will not work correctly in some versions.
